Question RTX 3080 TI Suprim X Thermal Pads

Anyone tried to change the pads on the 3080Ti Suprim X? This is the card on my gaming rig but i mine with it when i'm not using the pc ( not my main mining rig), the card was getting thermal throttle at 110º/112º even when gaming i get 100º+ on the memory. I cannot find much info on this but some sites (like this one https://www.techpowerup.com/review/msi-geforce-rtx-3080-ti-suprim-x/2.html ) state that the memory pads are 1.5mm so i tried with the Gelid Ultimate 1.5mm but after assemble it and ty it the temps are equal ot worst so i assemble it again only to find out the pads don't make contact with the chips. I had some Gelid Ultimate 2mm (from changing pads on other cards) and tried with those but temps still are 104º high. I only changed the memory pads because didn't had info on other pads thickness and didn't had pads for everything.

MSI – GeForce RTX™ 3080 SUPRIM X 10GB thermal pad sizes. For a full replacement you will need 1 piece of 80x40x2mm, 2 pieces of 80x40x3mm and an additional 100x100x1. And you might as well renew the thermal paste on the gpu.

Thanks, so to clarify, 3mm on back plate, 2mm om memory (maybe gelid extreme that are more soft) and the LR22 chips and 1mm on the rest?

Yes just double check and compare to the strip you are replacing. God knows there could be a different size thrown in somewhere. Just think the more it sticks up the thinner you need, the flatter it is the thicker you need.
