Hi, I've noticed that my RTX 3090 FE keeps spiking to 100% fan speed. Some investigating, playing around with fan curves, watching the graphs, and reading online revealed that the original paste is utter garbage and the vram spikes to 100C causing the fans to spike to 100%. I found some guides and walk throughs and research videos but everything is a mess regarding which is the best/good enough thermal paste to actually get the vram temps lower. I assume I am not the first to look into this (didn't find posts here about this).

It would be a massive help if you can know/can suggest a good/decent solution to this problem, as I am tired of not being able to use the PC without headphones lol.

Thanks in advance!

For the GPU chip, you can use pretty much any high quality thermal paste out there, I prefer Noctua's as of recent or you could go with ThermalGrizzly(not the liquid metal though). As for the thermal pads, look through their portfolio;

Thanks! I see they have a "custom set" for the 3090 FE, which is great, this is as much "plug and play" version of it I'll probably find (https://kriticalpads.com/nvidia-3090-fe-v2). But the set does not contain a pad/paste for the core itself. Which size and thickness do I need?
(Since I am ordering the 3090 FE custom set directly from their site, it would be better if I could also order from them the GPU core pad).
