[SOLVED] RTX 3090 pwr PerfCap w/1300 psu

I'm Trying to figure out where the problem is, both items (EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2, 80+ GOLD 1300W @ ROG-STRIX-RTX3090-O24G-GAMING) are new, but when running a game (The Medium, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 ...) GPU-Z shows (the screen shots below). PerfCap Reason: pwr, but the GPU isn't showing very high power draw. I first tried a EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2, 80+ GOLD 1000W, but the PC performed the same (I didn't try GPU-Z though).

Anyone have any ideas on what to try or how to fix?

that pwr perf cap reason is software limit for board power draw
210watts for your card is a little bit low, default should be 390watts
did u perhaps had some weaker nvidia gpu before and forgot to run DDU ?

The power has dropped back down to what's shown in screen shots above.

Running PrecisionX has the power back running normal, so I've just set it to start with Windows.
