Will I run it? 3 screens 4k, yes with changing a few settings but will it do 60fps?

Do you mean playing on all 3 monitors at the same time? like, display spanning? If so, I kind of doubt it will run well, but it might do 45 in lighter games like MW and WOW.
If you just ask if the 3090 can do triple 4k monitors (but the game is only on one) yes, definitely.
