Question RTX 3090 unrecognized

I've had this 3090 for almost a year now, and today I realized the computer doesn't seem to be recognizing it. Everything else seems to be working fine however. The card lights up, I have my monitor plugged into the DP, and I can GPU render 3D scenes just fine. Neither MSI afterburner nor Geforce recognize it though. I can't update my drivers so I've been unplugging and plugging back in everything trying to figure out why this is happening. Why is that only certain software experience this? Any help is appreciated.

Of course after hours of trying everything and finally deciding to make a thread, the problem immediately disappears. Nevermind sorry
