Question RTX 4080 + 4 LG monitors

I have a Zotac RTX 4080 connected by displayport to two L 32GR93U 32 inch 4k monitors and one LG 27GL850-B 27 inch QHD monitor. I use the 4080's one HDMI 2.1 port to connect to another LG 27GL850-B.

I have a minor issue: the monitor connected by HDMI does not allow adjustment to its max refresh rate of 144 Hz. It only goes to 100 hz.

I have done all the usual trouble shooting including using another HDMI cable that came with the monitors to correct this refresh rate problem.

I have checked Windows setting, NVIDIA control panel settings and the OSD menu. I have the latest NVIDIA driver installed.

What am I missing here?

System: Windows Pro 10, 64 GB RAM, i9 13900.

Nevermind: I turned off FreeSync and then I was allowed to change the refresh rate to 144 hz.
