Question Rtx 5000 ada mobile vbios power increase safe?

I have a precision 5690 with the rtx 5000 ada, which is the professional version of the 4090 mobile. The normal gpu power limit is 95 watts. When benchmarking on cinebench or furmark the temperatures are always in the 60s and sometimes 50s. Because of the thermal headroom, I decided to try a 130w vbios from a bigger precision 7780. When benchmarking on furmark I get around 223 fps ~ 13600 score with the new vbios, compared to around 175 fps and ~11500 score. The temperatures are high 70s, and the memory temperature slowly goes up to 90s and 100. I am concerned that the memory temperatures are way too high, and the vrms might not handle the extra power over time. The laptop charger is also 165w and with only GPU benchmarks running it uses almost 150 watts alone. I might just revert to another vbios that is at 105 watts.
