News RTX 5090 hits 800 FPS in Valorant with sub-3ms latency — Reflex 2 reduces system latency by 75%

Couldn't care less about Valorant, 1440p, or 800 FPS, for that matter.

I'm only interested in 4K and 5090's raster improvement over 4090, especially in Path Traced games.

Can't wait for first reviews...

Patience, grasshopper... 😛

Seriously, though, there is SO MUCH TO TEST before the embargo dates on the various GPUs! There's no way I'll get everything done. One GPU per day, and I can easily name about a dozen cards I want to test on my new suite. Sigh.

Just out of sheer curiosity: will your review include some of the games that made 4090 squirm, so we can see exactly how much better 5090 is?

It will be the same test suite as the Arc B580 review, minus CODBO6 and plus (maybe) Indiana Jones. But obviously the 5090 will focus more on 4K and 1440p, and I'll have to figure out an entire section on DLSS 4 and such, which could include some full RT testing.
