Hey guys, so currently I'm saving up for an RTX2060, not far off really. And I have a CX450 and a 768p monitor which cause issues. So I kind of want to replace my 1050, and I will run games like Rdr2, The Witcher etc and want to play competitive games such as overwatch and csgo and Minecraft. I won't overclock and will have vsync on because my 768p TV is meh. Therefore it won't chug as much power. However I will replace my psu and buy a better monitor such as 144hz once I get the money. So I have a few questions:

Is the 2060 overkill for the 768p TV?

Can the RTX2060 pull 144hz in competitive games like csgo?

Will games which can't run at 144hz feel sluggish at 60fps?

Thanks! Here are the rest of my specs, R5 2600, 16GB Ram, B450ma, CX450

What's your timeline for the new monitor? If you're upgrading in the near future, it really doesn't matter if the 720p TV is too little for the RTX2060 or not.

Well it depends on how long it takes me to save up. I found a good 144hz one I like therefore I predict it'll take about half a year to already have it after I get the RTX
