[SOLVED] RTX's 3070 8GB of VRAM vs modern game in 1440p

Do you guys think I will be able to get 3-4 years out of the RTX 3070 while playing modern games at 1440p with moderately high settings?
I'm quite concerned that the card only has 8GB of VRAM, just like my last card the RTX 2070, will it hold on in the long run?

For 1440p 8GB VRAM should be enough for 3-4 years. 1080p you need 4-6GB, 1440p you need 6-8GB, and 4k you need 8GB+
