I ordered the XSPC PETG Easy Cut / Easy Bend Toolkit and the rubber cord doesn't fit in my petg tube more than like an inch . My petg tube is 10/12mm and the rubber cord has an ID of 10mm as well. I've tried soaking the cord and the tube and it still doesn't fit properly. Any advice would be appreciated also should i get a silicone cord?

When working with PETG tubing or any hard lined tubing for that matter, you're going to need a mild soapy water solution, diluted with water ofc, to dip the tube and the silicone insert and slowly roll the silicone insert to make it move into the tube. It will take some time and practice before you get a hang of it though.

You could look through this video build log. I wouldn't use olive oil though since it leaves a residue and means more elbow grease work later on. Further reading.
