When i play online games it rubberbands. I usually have 1 livestream on the other monitor but if i close it it wont help. I have 50/50 Mbit/s but on taskmanager it diffrent betweens 300 Kbit/s and 14Mbit/s i have a MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS if that helps.

50mbit/s isn't that much. How many connected devices do you have? If they're downloading it'll slow down your speed significantly.
Are you using a modem/router from your ISP or did you buy one yourself? Please specify what modem/router, brand etc.

Check source control to see if there is an app or service using a crap load of bandwith. (If you open taskmanager you can open source control from the bottom left)
Do a speedtest to test if you're actually getting 50mbit/s.

I have a D-Link DIR-842 and i bought it myself, i checked speedtest and i have the speed i pay for, my pc is fairly new and it worked perfectly fine on my old pc.
Nothing is using alot of bandwith that i can notice, i have the latest drivers to my motherboard aswell

Ping www.google.com 30 or 40 times and check if you have packet loss. If you don't have packet loss, I suggest you contact your ISP and inform them about your problem. Maybe it's something on their end.

No packetlos, but on some times the ping was like 200, I'll try to contact them on monday

Rubberbanding and ping spikes at the same time are normal. Last thing you could try is changing your ethernet cable. After that I'm out of options.

Solution

Yea i will try tomorrow, Thanks for the help man! :)
