Rubberbanding in multiplayer

It started two nights ago. Nothing in my setup has changed and my computer hasn't moved. I'm close to my modem, I have high fps, no ping, and 1% packet loss.

I can't figure out what the problem is. And it only started recently.

It shouldn't be my ISP since no other devices are affected. And restarting my router doesn't work. I can't run Ethernet to my computer and I'm at my wits end.

But I get it in Star Wars Battlefront, Team fortress 2, and latency in WoW.
On any server.
