Rubberbanding/Stuttering in Online Games

When I try to play online games like Overwatch, TF2 & GTA V, every 15-20 seconds, I rubberband for 2-3 seconds, jumping back and forth, then everything returns to normal for a while.

My PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K overclocked to 4.1 GHz
Mobo: MSI Z97 PC Mate
PCIe Wireless Network Adapter: Rosewill N900PCE

Wireless is not recommended for online gaming.
Subject to interference witch cause latency.

What speeds are you getting.
What's your router ?
Maybe resetting your router could help.

It's not the router because it works just fine on every other device in the house. And I'm not allowed to drill into the walls for ethernet, so that is not really an option.
Download and upload speeds are fine, 120mbps down and about 40 up. Ping about 40. For some reason it's just games that rubberbands like this.
