Question RUFUS, Windows 11 & BITLOCKER.

Let's say i install W11 with this RUFUS options checked.

I do a LOCAL ACCOUNT and DEACTIVATE the AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION of BitLocker.

But, what if some update activate the BitLocker, that would be a problem?
Because if i used LOCAL ACCOUNT, the recovery key wasn't created ofc.

Or if BitLocker is activated with some updated, it will show me the recovery key or there is not chance for BL to be activated by itself?

If someone could clarify this would be great.

Turn off encryption in the pc bios.
Once Windows in installed witn no bitlocker it should stay off unless you turn it on in settings.
