Rufus write locked my usb pendrive it showed error because of pendrive was open in explorer then after that I got i/o error and now I get access denied error. Whenever I try to format my usb pendrive it says it's write protected.

Solution
No it didn't work it says operation completed successfully but it didn't disable write protection.
Then Try This..
1.Goto CMD with Admin Rights
2.Type Diskpart then List Disk
3.Type "Select Disk #" (Replace # with your drive number,If it's Disk 1, select Disk 1)
4.Type Clean and Confirm It(If it's not working,Try it multiple Times)
5.Type Create Partition Primary
6.Type Select Partition 1
7.Type Active
8.Type format fs=fat32 quick
9. Wait For It To Finish
10.type Assign then exit
11.See if it Worked
