Ruined Graphics Quality because of factory reset

I recently reset my computer to factory settings for a good reason but now every game that I run can not run at a high quality like it used to. I do not know how to fix it or what I did all I know is that I want it to work the way it used to. Help?

Try opening the device manager, right clicking Display Adapters, and clicking "Scan for hardware changes". Otherwise, try reinstalling any drivers related to your GPU (Catalyst for AMD or GeForce for Nvidia).
