This is my first rules question so if I butcher the format please
forgive and correct me.
Q: vamp A has a fame on him and is controlled by player 1. Vamp B is
mean and ugly controlled by player 2. It is players 2 turn. Vamp b
rushes vamp A and strikes with the garrote sending vamp A to torpor.
Vamp B burns the garrote burning vamp A. Does fame fire off and cause
player 1 to burn 3 pool then burn is vampire or is the vamp burned on
his way to torpor and never really went so fame does not fire.
