[SOLVED] Run Bios without CPU?

I've purchased a Z370 Gaming motherboard for my i5-9600k thinking I will just upgrade my motherboard so it would be compatible with the i5-9600k. But I forgot to ask if it was possible to run the bios without or with an incompatible CPU ?

EDIT: If not, can I install the cpu of an old intel laptop into it just for the update ?

No, it won't boot without a CPU.
