my computer specification are 1.10 processor with 256 mb ram window xp with vga card s3 vision 968 cricket 2002 in not running on it i dont know what to?

Upgrade the computer. For $100 you can get a PC 2-3 times faster on the used market, for $150 you can get one 10 times faster, at least in video.
