Run cs go on a pentium 4?

Hello everyone,
Yesterday a friend of mine asked me if he would be able to run cs go on his computer because he didnt want to spend the money that the game costs without being sure if he could run it. I told him to look up the minimum requirements of the hame but he told me they were worthless because he had already managed to run other games ( free ones so he wouldnt take the risk ) even though the minimum system requirements indicated better specs. He has a pentium 4 ( the 3,0 ghz one) and 3 gb of ram ( i told him it was dumb to have this much ram for that cpu especially since : he is running on the chipset graphics so no dedicated graphics card :-/ ). I couldnt answer his question becaus i simply dont have such old hardware and i couldnt test it out myself. That is why i came here. Does anybody know if he would be able to run cs go on onboard graphics at least at the lowest settings ??? Sadly, the minimum specs for cs go on the website is outdated. But my recommendation is:

Intel or AMD (at least 3Ghz)
4GB Ram
1GB or 2 GB of Dedicated Graphics
At least 10 GB of free space

It doesn't say integrated can run it on your link I doubt it would run at all if it did maybe 5 fps its not worth it

Oh - I thought he was only asking about the pentium. You need a graphics card too.

Ouch..I feel sorry for anyone with systems like that still. Even a 400 dollar Wal-Mart PoS will be better for him sadly.
