Run DLL error message

Hello,
I just installed a Radeon 5850 in my computer, I had GeForce 9800gt. Now i am getting a error message when-ever i start up.
Run DLL
error loading
C:\Windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll
and \NvCpl.dll
can anyone help i think my motherbord is a nvidia on cant remember though

That's an Nvidia control panel error, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers. You might want to check that all ATi drivers have been removed properly.

You must uninstall the previous driver (nvidia) before installing the new one (ATI)...
