Run DLL error

When my notebook starts I'll get this error
C:\User\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\CT3289075\plugins\TBVerifier.dll

The specified module could not be found

Mine is HP Pavilion g series, 64 bit running with Win 7 Home Basic

It seems like a viral .dll that you usually get when you get conduit downloading spammy software. Do this:
Install CCleaner, then open it and go to Tools ---- > startup
Delete all the Conduit enteries. I hope this fixed your problem, when you install programs, make sure you uncheck those hidden boxes so you don't get spammy stuff on your computer

That is an error relating to a toolbar : http://www.conduit.com/

Either go through their uninstaller: http://support.conduit.com/HelpCenter/Uninstall

Or use CCleaner and nuke it.
