i live in country that the electricity goes down 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the night and there is no fixed time for the electricity cut it just surprise you with electricity cut and im afraid that im gonna break my pc with this thing how to get the pc running in electricity cut time and protect my pc from breaking

Common solution would be an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) These have power conditioners and battery packs that protect computers from unexpected power loss. They are intended only for a system to have enough power to gracefully shut down, though. One that can run a computer for several hours twice a day is going to cost more than your typical computer. (and the modem/router, monitor for that matter)

You can take a UPS that has 12V lead acid batteries and add a large parallel bank of deep cycle batteries. Again quite expensive. Semi truck batteries can be used in a pinch.

Only other solution would be a standard UPS to run your computer, and a whole house generator or power wall that can kick in a few seconds after a power failure.

you can also to help charge stuff get some solar panels and a charge controller for it.. to charge a few batteries. you will need quite a few of them if you have a desktop pc... better option for you and much cheaper.. is to get an laptop.. they have a few hours at min of battery normally. and then get an UPS for your other stuff you want to protect / run like a modem for your internet.. if the ISP you have does not also shutdown..

OR if you don't need to use it during the times it is down.. just get a UPS (smaller one) and then plug that into your computer and have it set to auto shutdown your computer when the power goes out..

Solar is another solution that costs more than the computer, and you still need a UPS unless you get a fancy grid tie system that can swap back and forth between solar and grid power.

It is important to note that if you keep your modem powered you may have ISP service. However, if they have repeaters out on the poles and they lose power as well, then it won't matter.
