Run Time Error 75?

Hi started getting the msg' Run time error 75 path file access error' when trying to use a program called 'sure delete' Can any one advise the best way to get rid of this msg or any free program recommended?

It's a pathing/access error. Either your program isn't written for Vista, and/or Vista is denying it access and the program doesn't understand the refusal.

On a side note: I went to check the site (Wizard-Industries), and the firewall here at work blocked me, saying "The Category "Spyware" is Prohibited". Might be a good idea to give your system a thorough cleaning.
