run with graphics processor greyed out

Hi for some reason my laptop has dropped fps big time while playing csgo
Ive noticed that i cant change what gfx card i use in nvidia control, and i cant right click and choose what gfx card to use either because that is also greyed out.

-ive tryed different things like reinstalling the driver, going back to old drivers.( the newest driver i installed was the 344.75, maybe someone else has the same problems ?)
-ive tryed doing the nvidia inspector way also but that didnt do anything.

my specs are.
i5-4200
geforce gfx 760M

any help would be much appreicated

im not very good with laptops but I would call customer support because they will have this problem solved in 10 minutes

make sure you have intel graphic driver also installed on your laptop.
