"Rundll32.exe" , "dllhost.exe" , and Internet

When "dllhost.exe" is launched, internet is slow.
When "Rundll32.exe" is blocked by firewall, internet doesn't work.

Why is that?

Rundll32.exe is used to launch the DLL files of your pc, which are needed, that's why it shouldn't be blocked. Chances are those files are spyware so you can try deleting them and replacing them with files download from the official microsoft site.
