It's not what AV you have, it's about how to check if malware is present. Try downloading hitman also.
Kaspersky rescue disk, boots system from cd, and not starting any windows file, it's mounting drive and then do a scan. So, if there is any malware, it can't hide behind any windows process, and prevent being detected.
But do what you want.
You can reinstall win also.

I found it and deleted it with shift+delete. It was "mdi064.dll" description: "windows extension" this is a virus not "windows extension" like he said that son of a bitch and my stupid Microsoft Security Essentials was not able to detect it like a malware. Did I do well or I needed to download other antivirus and let him to delete that virus :/? ---------> http://www.herdprotect.com/mdi064.dll-180ce5aaa0b13c69834087d0c6ac129a63f92fd3.aspx

I was already thinking about System Recovery (Reinstall Windows) but that is going to delete all programs, files, data etc.

Or you could just go out an buy the best Protection you can find for your system. Which I'm not really sure what company offers the best. The one I use right now does a pretty good job. Not going to state what it is in fear of hackers lmao

Lets just say the other day I had a Trojan Horse try to hitch a ride. He was zapped on the way to my computer. Didn't even get here :)

Now I downloaded trail AVG, what do you use?

To be honest, you shouldn't have pressed run. Try ending the process, and it may warn you. Try to end it again. If it says access is denied, launch command prompt. Any of these may work, I suggest you try them all:
taskill /IM rundll32.exe
taskkill /IM rundll32.exe *32
If these don't work, type in this:
taskkill /IM cmd.exe
It will "kill" your Command Prompt, but it may stop it working. It disguises itself as a Windows Host Process, I got it once. Or scan with several different antivirus softwares THAT ARE WELL KNOWN.
