Hello, can anyone help me i cant access my external hard drive and it says Rundll
and "The specified module could not be found".

Do you get that error when you try to get to the drive? Is it showing up in My Computer? Try the drive with another computer.

I have the same issue in my laptop. I cant access my hard drive and multiple pen drives due to the same error message. Tried on another BRAND NEW desktop, same error occur. But my other WD HDD is working perfectly fine.
