The app itself is browser-based, but you can grab the source code and
run it locally if you have mod_python installed in your http server.
The runes.py and runewords.py modules can be used stand-alone, but you
lose a lot of usability.
Source code is available from the referenced page.
I'm currently updating it to include the new rune words■, but it's
more than just adding the data to the XML files, since Blizzard has
decided to add rune words that span different item classes this time
around. The new version should be up by Friday the 17th.
