Planning to run a dual loop in my CaseLabs TH10A for the new skylake motherboard and cpu when they release very soon in August-September, I have three 560mm radiatiors, each having four fans and 5 more for regular airflow. For fan controllers do I choose two Lamptron FC8s, two software controlled Corsair Commander Minis, or two Lamptron CW611 which will allow to me to control the D5 PWM pumps for the dual loops + fans. Thanks, any advice welcomed.

Solution
Keep the case fans separate from the radiator fans. Make sure the CPU and GPU loops have temp control on the fans. Make sure the other case fans can be slowed right down eg PWM. Try and keep it as quiet as possible.

Sounds like a good idea actually, I can have 12 fans on the two controllers and the other 5 can be controlled by the motherboard and they are the corsair quiet AF140mm, do you recommend I switch out the SP120 High Perfornance for the quiet versions and try get them near silent but still give performance?

I did post the pcpartpicker and I add one or two 980Tis once I pickup the skylake motherboard, also I haven't bought the fans yet so I will switch over to the quiet. Also if you do go to the pcpartpicker, 1200-1600W is overkill, I know lol

I probally will change out the zotac 980ti ArticStorm, really can't decide if it's worth it or not because it has triple fans and a waterblock built in, more of a hybrid graphic card. Do you think I should just get a regular one and buy a EKWB water block and slap that on instead? I really only want to hang onto it only if I can run fans + loop at the same time on the card otherwise that's not to justify that the price is $900 from NCIX, unless that's unconfirmed. And I probally will change out for a 850w PSU.. updated the list - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XgHGzy

Fan controllers: I wouldn't get any of those tbh. First, my experience is, I don't care what they rate the controllers at, I have yet to see a lamptron controller that can handle a 20+ watt pump without overheating and crapping out, let alone two. Plus obviously you lose the PWM control. So I would suggest no matter what you do, hook those directly to the MB\PSU. Alternately, based on what you are spending, an Aquaero 6 wouldn't be out of line.
Fans: I mean, there is nothing wrong per say with the Corsair fans, they're perfectly fine for an amateur\budget build, but for something like this I suggest some real fans, either GTs (best if you can get them) or NB eloops, something that will push a good amount of air through a rad without sounding like a vacuum cleaner.

I'd prefer a custom cooler air cooled gtx980ti. I'd wait for MSI and Gigabyte offerings.

If I wanted a 980Ti water cooled, I'd just use the hybrid I linked to or the Zotac also comes with a radiator and fan. If you want to do a custom loop then get either or a ekwb block and do your own loop. But try eg a 240mm radiator max.

You probably won't need the case labs case either. Maybe a Corsair 900D instead. Depending on final configuration.

Aquaero 6, is 250$, which is a bit insane, I only need something to control 12-16 fans tho :/, I will check out these GTs and NBs, but I will have to think about that A6 over the two Lamptron FC8s, and I did say that only the CW611s did pump control the FC8s only do 8 fans per controller

Doesn't the Caselabs have waaaay higher quality than the 900d, I've seen people post on forums that they regret getting the 900d over a sma8 or any other CaseLabs case. The CaseLabs is all aluminum while the 900d is plastic.. another thing I'll have to think about tho if I do change

That's the point of this build tho, I'm going to be expanding more onto this, at least 3 big payments for parts, the pcpartpicker link I'm posting is the first payment, the second will be the motherboard, cpu, another GPU, and the new g.skill ram, and the third will be all water cooling components and possibly another 980ti

So what are you proposing, don't get the 980Ti and wait a couple more months or ignore the 980Ti and go for a AMD Fury X since the monitor I am getting supports FreeSync

Can you tell me how long the XSPC Photon 270 is, and the AquaComputers Aqualis 880ml reservoir is? In inches possibly? I want to know how long both actually are. Thanks if possible
