Running 2 or more ssd's

Hello - Do you need to run ssd's in raid if you have more that 1 ssd ? Reason is i added a second ssd and now computer starts up in 40 code instead of A0 (asus rog maximus 9 formula) and when i restart computer it blu screens almost every time - but does restart and works fine after the countdown blue screen does - Any help would be helpful

You do NOT need to have the drives in any sort of RAID array.
My system has 5 x SSD, no RAID in sight.

You have other issues going on.
