Hi all. I'm having issues trying to get my two identical monitors to both run at 2k. They are both XP-Pen 24 Pros with HDMI (no displayport). They are connected to my RTX 3060TI. I have found that only the one connected to the HDMI slot on the card will display at 2k. There is only one HDMI slot on the card, so the other monitor needed either an adapter or HDMI to Displayport to work. Sadly neither option will allow me to select more than 1920 x 1080. I've tried all slots and updated my Nvidia drivers, but am now out of ideas.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this, assuming it is possible.
(In case it helps, my PC is a Ryzen 7 3700x, 32GB RAM, TUF Gaming B550S PLUS, 650W)

Check the settings in Nvidia control panel. I've seen this before where even with identical monitors sometimes there is a setting in the Nvidia control panel that is different from one to the other in terms of the TYPE of resolution it's set at. The other option is perhaps a problem with your adapter. In some cases an active adapter is required rather than a passive one. Shouldn't be the case in this case with only two displays and active adapters are not cheap but it's something you might keep in mind if all else fails.

I'd bet it likely a setting in Nvidia control panel. There are some weird settings in there like "Only show TV resolutions" etc. might limit showing the CORRECT 1440p resolution setting for that monitor. Also, I'd swap cables between the two monitors and see if the problem moves to the other monitor.
