Running 3 1080p monitors (What GPU?)

If I'm running 3 1080p monitors, will 1 GTX 780ti be enough to run the monitors and play games at good frame rates? If not, which graphics set up should I go for?

I would say that "good" is accurate, at High settings. That's a lot of pixels to push.
