Here's the problem:
[OS: Windows XP Home SP3 32-bit]
Click START > RUN
Type in: CMD cleanmgr /sageset:1
Result: Diaglog selection box pops up, awaiting user input.
Selections are now set under profile:1 (sageset:1, you can setup many of them. 1,2,101,etc.)
Click START > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Scheduled Task
"cleanmgr.exe /sagerun:1" (when idle for n minutes) executes under Scheduled tasks = ok.
If you look at Piriform's CCleaner this can be executed minimally; without dialog pop-ups, displaying only in tray, however, Clean Manager has to show you those 2 dialog boxes (one hidden behind the other, before closing out on it's own successfully (via: sagerun:1 command).
Question: Is there a way to eliminate these two dialog boxes from ever popping up in sagerun mode like ccleaner while cleaning system?
I found "Show Desktop" can do this but you lose other windows too. Perhaps regedit trick or Hack (resedit strip cleanmgr.exe) or running it as a service or telling it to pop up off viewing area?
WHY? I'm viewing a movie. Computers idle for 1hr or so (watching movie so no keyboard/mouse inputs) and suddenly full screen goes away. I'm not using WMediaplayer. Can it be discreet?
