So Basically, I have a PC at home but I would like to play video games at the library because that's where I spend most of my time after school. On the library computers you can't install softwares without an administrator's permission, probably to avoid viruses. But I found an alternative solution which is to install the games at home on my hard drive, before going to the library. Minecraft worked and ran quite smoothly, except for one thing: You can't connect to servers. I decided to go home today and install steam on my hard drive, it took a bit but eventually steam was installed, I open steam because I want to install some offline games such as Human:Fall Flat, but steam also says it has trouble connecting to the servers. The Steam that was originally installed on my PC works fine, which means the only problem it could be is the hard drive not being able to connect to the internet, or some sort of firewall blocking it. So is there any way I can fix this? Please send help this way.
