I couldnt check with systemrequirementslab.com if my graphics card ill be able to run GTA V.
All the other specs match with minimum and above.

My graphics card is AMD radeon hd 8600/8700M, so could it run GTA ?

The laptop you have isn't a very good gaming laptop for the current generation of games. Personally I wouldn't risk it as the gpu is only an entry level gpu designed to play low end games. Gta 5 will be playable but not that enjoyable as you will have to turn down all the settings.
Interesting, because i managed to check it finally on systemrequirementslab.com and it said it was unsuitable(The memory of GPU Etc. were okay but the model itself was showed unsuitable) . I know it wont be 100% accurate there but im not sure if im willing to take the risk of buying it without knowing 100%.

EDIT: As i read on a similar topic on this forum, that these auto-calc websites arent accurate at all, heres my processor aswell:
Intel(R) Core i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz
RAM: 8GB
One of the system requirement websites labeled my processor as an old one, so that got my doubts up.

I wouldnt say it isnt any good.Playing DA: Inqusition on High with a good FPS and all other demanding games are running good aswell but yes, i believe that it isnt really that good for GTA.
