[SOLVED] Running Linux in vmware makes mouse cursor flicker

I haven't found a section where this question could fit since this is more of a VMware issue than a linux issue i think.
But basically i have an issue where my mouse cursor flickers on multiple virtual monitors (using my actual monitors).
On my main monitor it's fine, but the ones on the outside (3 monitors total) have this issue when i move my mouse around.
When i move at a certain speed my cursor becomes invisible also...
I have tried multiple linux distro's like Mint, ubuntu etc... but no luck.
I haven't tried this with windows VM's yet... hopefully someone had this issue before and fixed it?

Try allocating more video memory to the virtual machine. This fixed my issue with mouse flicker in a guest OS.
