Question Running Linux On a Dell Poweredge Server

I was wanting to know how to run ubuntu on a dell poweredge R905
CPU's: 4x AMD Opteron 8356
32Gb Ram

I have set the bios to auto-boot the ubuntu install usb and it shows the Ubuntu boot screen for a couple of seconds and then it restarts, i dont know what to do
Any help would be appreciated
