1) You should have stated you had that on. That's a RAM drive, which should never really be used unless you have 32gb or more.
2) You have a hell of a lot of garbage there. Start uninstalling things, especially apple junk and epson printer "tools"
3) Show the startup and details tabs, not processes.
I can't really tell from the pic, but are you sure you have the full 8GB? I had a similar issue recently, and just could not figure out why I was maxing my RAM. After a bunch of troubleshooting, I happened to look at the total installed RAM and, yup, one stick had gone bad. System only had 4GB.

Is there a way to tell for sure? Dxdiag says Memory: 8192 MB RAM

How would I go about this? It says the top 2 programs are Chrome and Malwarebytes

You're probably fine in that department, then. If your system says that there's 8GB, then there's 8GB. Like I said - in my case, it just said 4GB. I mean, if you're still in doubt, just go to the normal system tab of the control panel.

I discovered the solution. It's still kinda high for me but a full 10% lower at 39-43%. Turns out I had "Rapid Mode" enabled on my Samsung EVO SSD which adds a full 10% of RAM usage.
