Running pirated windows 7, trying to upgrade to real copy

i have been running a pirated copy of windows 7 (big mistake). i bought a copy of windows 7 and am trying to install, but when i put the disk in and run, it says to insert a disk. all other disks work. i have also reinstalled the driver... what now?
