Running SSD and Sata

Never really messed with running more than 1 HD, so Im really unsure about this.. but I'd like to get a small SSD to boot windows from, and a HD for everything else...

Can someone share a link or just let me know what all you'd have to do to make this work when building a new PC.. how do I get windows on the SSD and then from there, put everything else on the HD?

You pretty much install windows on the SSD then there are guides in the link for saving user files and installing additional programs on the storage drive.
