Hi there guys. So I have a hp mini 110 netbook, that I am using for a teamspeak server, on the power adapter it claims it uses 30W however I have the battery plugged in 24/7 along with the power adapter. When the battery is 100% charged screen off laptop running and charging how many watts roughly would the laptop realistically be using. I have it sheduled to sleep and wake up at certain times, when it is asleep on charge with the battery I'm how much wattage would it be using then? I am sorry if this may be obvious to some however I am a bit of a noob when it comes to power usage like this.

Not sure if this is the best place to post this?

Solution
This is one of those times where real and calculated can be way off due to charging cycles and unknown efficiency of the power adapter.

If you really want to know then buy a kill-a-watt meter, plug it in and do some logging.
