Running Warcraft a little slow

.. so, I was wondering what kind of upgrades my computer could use. If I can avoid it at all costs I would rather not have to buy a shiny new desktop. I also don't like laptops all that much, so if I do need a new computer I would prefer a desktop. Something about sitting in my battlestation makes me happy. That being said, here are some of my computer specs:

System Manufacturer: Acer
System Model: Aspire X3470
Processor: AMD A6-3620 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Card Name: AMD Radeon HD 6530D
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Chip type: AMD Radeon HD 6530D (0x964A)
Display Memory: 2013 MB
Current Mode: 1600 x 900 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Now I am not totally tech saavy when it comes to dealing with the inside of a computer, but obviously I know a few things. I have the AMD Catalyst Control Center. Downloaded that for some reason, do I even need it? I thought it helped to update drivers? My computer isn't awful, but it isn't top of the line either. However, I feel like it is running slower than it should, or maybe that's just it, it is what it is. Maybe update drivers? Or should I buy some more RAM, even though I feel like 4GB is more than enough to handle WoW especially when it's the biggest program I have, the rest are trivial like Ventrilo. Is it time for a new video card? Is my processor too slow? I have no idea!

Is there anyone here would knows more than I do? I would just like a step in the right direction. Much appreciated and thanks in advance!

Based on your current desktop's capabilities it looks as though upgrading your video card would also mean upgrading your power supply (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/371684-33-graphic-card-issues-help). But you could probably do both for under $150.

Your video card isn't the greatest (http://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/AMD+Radeon+HD+6530D/review) so that might be the issue.

Upgrading to 8GB wouldn't hurt either. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428

I found a manual that might shed some light on removing hardware if you choose to change parts. http://www.manualslib.com/manual/232906/Acer-Aspire-X3470.html#manual

Though, if you can, I'd say save up for a new PC.

That's just my two cents.
