Running windows 10, just loaded most recent update.

On the upper left of my screen I am getting a window "blinking on/off" fast enough where I can't make out what program it is. I have looked at startup and see nothing odd there..Any ideas on how to narrow down the problem?

Can you please pass on your systems specs? What do you see in task manager, as in, the programs running after bootup? Is it possible to shoot a video for us and upload it on a file hosting site?

We're not talking about the flickering/flashing screen right?
