Running windows 7 display language only in Spanish and con not figure out how to change it

How to change the display language back to English

Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region(You MUST be viewing by Category), and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.

Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.
