Hello,

I want to have a PC running without a keyboard and mouse connected and use it as a network file store at the moment. I intend to remote desktop to it as and when but I wondered if Windows 10 will have any issues running as a "headless" PC given the ability to switch modes should a keyboard or mouse not be detected.

Can I also boot a Windows 10 system without a keyboard and mouse and have it accessible on my network for remote desktop access (Team Viewer or Windows 10 Remote Desktop - which one is best?). In order to achieve this, I'me guessing I may have to setup Windows such that there is no password but, even then, will Windows 10 stop at a user login screen after booting, in which case, will it be accessible on the network?

When you remote in Windows will pick up your virtual keyboard and mouse and work as if it had physical ones connected.

We had a Win10 Surface Pro that we remoted into via LogMeIn which allowed us to use keyboard and mouse.
The Machine should be accessible from remote access as soon as it hits the log on screen.
