Running WoW: MoP badly.

AMD 4100 (OC'd to 4.3GHz)

I don't get why I run WoW so badly, usually around 30 FPS on GOOD settings, don't even get me started on ultra. Did something significant change with MoP? I used to run WoW almost at constant 60 before MoP. Anyone have similar experiences?

I had a similar issue running a Radeon 5770, i3 and 16 GB ram. In raids fps was dropping to 3. I was able to remedy the problem by updating drivers to 12.10. Then I set all settings to Low and resolution to less than the 1900x1080. I incrementally increased the settings and am back at 60pfs (vertical synced). Keep in mind that shadows and projected textures tax your card pretty hard.

Oh! make sure that the background down loader isn't running. To check, launch the launcher and make sure that the DL is complete. This is majorly taxing on FPS.
