So at random times, although it happens almost all of the time after my computer goes to sleep then wakes up, Runtime Broker.exe will all of the sudden eat all or most of my RAM and GPU, making my system unusable. This started happening a couple of days ago and I don't think I downloaded anything that could've been a virus, although I could be wrong. I did run a full scan using Windows Defender and it returned no viruses.

Here are my specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
Msi 1080 ti
Corsair 32GB 3600MHz Vengeance
ASUS x570-E
Samsung 256GB Evo Plus
2TB Toshiba HDD
800W

Here's a screenshot of runtime broker.exe using a ton of RAM and GPU, and this screenshot is isn't even the worst I've seen from it: (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/275071040755859457/897285726629138432/unknown.png)

EDIT: It was a Bitcoin miner disguised as runtime broker that I was able to get rid of using Malwarebytes
