Runtime error issue

2 weeks ago i downloaded Grand Theft Auto 5.I had no problems with the game..not a single crash or glitch..but yesterday the game crashed with an error message:Runtime Error or something like that i dont really remember...after this my Pc just gone crazy...My screen turns black randomly for like 3 minutes then back to normal..I ran windows defender to search for viruses but nothing...i could not even download a normal virus cleaner becouse if i run the install the program automatically starts in administrator then by screen goes black..i had to start my pc in safe mode just to run a virus search with norton..I have no idea what is wrong with my pc right now...If someone knows a fix for this problem..please write it down for me..Thank you

So somethings wrong with my cpu or gpu...The cpu is at 35-40% usage even if im not running a single program...my screen just turns black randomly..the games are crashing...with directX errors and stuff.Sometimes i get a blue screen of death.All graphics card drivers were uninstall and reinstalled over and over..but that still didn't fixed the issue.My friend helped my to reinstall windows to see if that fixes the problem..well no luck.I guess my video card just died
